I thought I would share a quick mantra to keep in my during the holidays, dealing with the stress, hustle and bustle– sometimes you need to just stop and smell the roses and say :

So as we rush through this busy week of thanksgiving, we need to remember to give thanks and gratitude for the things we already have. For when you accept things in the present and focus on the goodness and the fruits of life the universe has already provided for you, you keep your self open to accept more great things to come your way!
